Delivery

Orders are 1–3 working days dispatch time (sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked or Special Delivery for footwear and large bags).

UK orders are fully insured. International orders are only insured up to a value of £250 and any subsequent refund due to lost or missing parcels will be to this value only.

Available destinations include England, Scotland, Wales, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand. Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Tracking details are sent at the time of posting, but typically your UK order should arrive within 3 to 5 working days. International customers are responsible for any custom fees incurred on arrival. Sadly I am unable to post to European countries.

*USA customers only - I post via the Royal Mail PDDP scheme, tariffs are pre-paid at checkout. Remember – Textile goods cannot be sent to USA, please do not purchase!


Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days (unused, and in original packaging only) - they are at customers expense.

Returns exclude any requested / made to order items.
